513FIT: WELCOME
513FIT: WELCOME
513FIT classes and training break from the usual routine. Say goodbye to ineffective programs, to doing the same thing day-in, day-out, to paying for one class after another with nothing to show for it.
These workouts are geared to help you lose weight, improve muscle tone, and get really fit in just two to three sessions a week. It won’t be easy, but it’s way more effective than trudging through endless cardio workouts and wasting time at the gym without a clear plan.
These classes streamline your training by combining the effects of strength and cardio training. By performing exercises in a circuit format, you get your heart rate up, you get the benefits of strength training, and you do it all in a fraction of the time of traditional workouts.
You also get great coaching that goes beyond counting reps and cheerleading. You’ll get resources to help you identify your goals, set a timetable, and get after them effectively. In short, you get more than a couple of classes a week that make you tired.
Try your first week of classes for free
If this sounds like the right match for you, then I hope you’ll read through the rest of the website and check out my classes. These aren’t for everyone, so I recommend trying a few workouts before making a commitment. Your first week is free, so you’ve got nothing to lose.
Send me an email so that I know you’re on your way.
Results Guaranteed
If you train hard at least three days a week, follow a proven diet program (IE the guidelines in your starter kit, or one of the programs on the Resources page) and don’t see results, then your money will be refunded to you.
Team Work
Classes are supportive and competitive in the healthy sense of the word. I give my students a hard time and they give it right back. When you’re busting your butt, you’ve got to make it fun.
It’s been proven in studies that people who exercise with others work significantly harder than if they work alone. And harder still if they have a coach or a trainer.
Throw in some fun, effective workouts, and you’ve got a winner.
